I think they had a year or two where they "skipped" the turn off/on
three times to get the codes, but it's worth a shot.

The OBD2 connector is to the left of the steering column under the dash
near the hood and e-brake release. It's wide and rectangular with
angled corners so the connector only goes on one way. There's no cover
and you can feel it easily with your fingertips just below the plastic
of the lower dash.
