Hmmm, I'm not so sure about the frozen fuel theory at this point. :(
Everything under the car is warm to the touch... Even though the torpedo
heater is at the back of the vehicle (pointing basically at the fuel
tank), the snow on the hood is mostly melted off. Everything is warm
from the back to the front, yet it still doesn't want to start. :(
I don't see how there could be any ice left at this point?

Sometimes it will stumble and catch, running for a second or a few
seconds, but then it quits. Other times it just cranks without any
start.
