Well, I took it in for an estimate at a body shop at the insurance
company's request today, and the total comes to $1493. Ouch.
I guess they have to repaint the fender and re-apply the stripe to it
because when the headlight bezel got smashed it chipped the paint off
the edge of the fender down to the primer.
They said it's going to be a pain to match the paint color too because
it's been repainted once before. I know the paint is a shade darker too
than from the original color of the last re-paint as there's a
noticeable difference between where I took the vinyl decals off the
sides of the truck.
Fun stuff. :(
