I'm considering using blue reflective tape to make Mohawk Stripes or slashes on a Black car's front fenders . This is legal in Canada , however if I cross the border into the USA is it legal to have Blue Reflective Tape on a personal vehicle or is reserved strictly for Law Enforcement vehicles?
