my intro:
'93 dakota extended cab, short bed, 4X4, 5.2 mag V8, emerald green metallic,
towing package, block heater (not needed here in austin, tx, but it was on the
truck at the dealership-bought it off the lot), cruise control
15-15.5 ave mpg
accessories:
tinted and alarmed
rhino linings sprayed-in bed liner-black (love it)
guidon hard tonneau cover, painted to match, included in alarm system (great)
k&n air filter (it helps!)
split fire plugs (worthless)
munroe shocks (ok, i guess)
flofit bucket seats (great, except for creaking)
ventvisor window guards (good idea and execution) and
bug deflector (well, it looks good)
problems in the past: (all covered in 12/12 and 7/70 warrantee)
currently at 35K miles
front bumper replaced at 50 miles-chrome peeling
transmission replaced at 15k miles-not unlocking from park, not going into 4wd,
(after five visits to dealership/attempts to fix)
speed sensor replaced at 25K
