Yes, I do have the chrome wheels. I will definitely keep the
possibility that they could be defective in mind, although they look
like they are just doing the same thing as the bumper is. I've
gotten some chrome polish/rust remover and some wax, but I haven't
had a chance to work on it yet. Hopefully, that'll be all that is
nescessary...
