Does anyone out there know what would be involved in putting a newer 5.2 liter in my 87 Dakota 4x2? It is stock now with the 3.9liter and manual tranny. I have 192,000 miles on it, and bought it from my father who was original owner. Any info you may have would be appreciated, as the power is decreasing and I need something to show my G.M.-driving friends what Mopar power really is!!! Any info regarding a power upgrade and rebuild on the 3.9liter would also be appreciated as that may well be the better option. Thanks guys! Hope to hear from you soon,
