I've had a few problems with my '91 5.2 (The noise
under the right seat with passenger, as listed some
where else). It was the catalydt converter heat
shield. I had it replaced twice... I finally
removed it, and made my own. The computer died..
The ignition pickup plate went, as well as
the water pump... All of this over 91000 miles.
My 95 SLT 5.2 5-speed has had few problems its
first year....Bad speedo gear (3.21 not 3.90 rear)
Pass. window track bent...had it replaced, Goodyear
Invectra tire blew out at 25,000... Intake man.
gasket leaking oil, replaced Gasket... All warranty
covered repairs.. 12.5 months and 31000 miles
have gone by, and still running!
