It's time (after 48k miles) to invest in new shocks for my '93 2WD 3.9l.

I've heard mention of Bilstein, KYB, stock heavy duty, etc. I'm looking
for experiences/sources/recommendations for high performance shocks. Are
there any adjustable ones available?

While I'm in there, I think I wanna replace suspension and sway bar
bushings also. I'm looking for experiences/sources/recommendations here
also. Polyurethane?
