I live in Washington state and we have a tire store called Les Schwab. They
have steel wheels for the 6 lug Dakota and run $21 each. You can't beat
that. I don't know where you are located but they told me that they would
ship them if need be. They also told me that they have a set (4) of the
Dakota chrome ones and are selling them for $39.95 each. I don't think they
have an 800 number but here is the number I called, 206-486-2753, this is in
Kenmore, WA. If you are interested let me know and I could probably snag
the chromes ones or get more info on how to obtain the steel ones.

Hi all,
I am interested in a spare set of wheels for my Dakota so that I
may remove my Predators for the winter, put a set of snow friendly lugs
all around, and replace them in the spring. I called up my local Dodge
dealer and asked about some 6 lug steel wheels like the ones on my spare.
$135.00 each was the answer. Sheesh! At that price, they should be
chromed not black painted stock wheels! Does anyone have a solution for
me? I just want some plain wheels and Dakotas seem not to end up in the
junk yards, at least the 6 lug ones.
