My 92 4x4, short bed, standard cab has the 2000# payload package the dread
Monroe Sensa-Tracs and the tires usually pumped to 36 psi front and back
with a Bac-Pac canopy on it and it rides pretty well. At least my wife
doesn't complain about it. With the back full to the top of the hi door
canopy with wet firewood (heavy!) it's a bit tail down, but still handles
pretty well and rides okay. Mine rides better when it's got 200-500 # in
back though, but hey it ain't a luxo-land-yacht.
