4x4 Trans Shifting

The Auto Trans in my '95 V-8 4X is a real slush box. Shifts are real weak.
It's been back to the dealer twice, they say it's normal.

I've looked everywhere, but can't find a "shift kit" for this trans. Anyone
have any suggestions?
