Codes 22 and 23 are for coolant and throttle body temp sensors. That
could cause wierd running or not running, as the case may be.
Good luck and I personally know about stubborn. Spent a year messing with
my '92 before it finally went to the dealer who replaced the distributor
(under warranty) which fixed an intermittant backfire. You can bet that
the wife doesn't allow me to forget my failed repair diagnoses.
