Blip the throttle??? I was setting off alarms @ idle here at the local
'Horton Plaza' shopping mall!! I started up my truck after catching a movie with
my wife, and the next thing I know 3 car alarms are going off!!!
Oh yeah, is there some kind of heat shield I should put on the right rear
quarter panel of my bed to protect it from the flames coming of out my exhaust???!
:)
On other issues... SUCCESS!!! I just got a call back from the Dodge
Dealership and they replaced the wiper control unit & wiper stock under warranty!!
AND... They replaced the rear cover of my steering wheel as part of the recall...
But my truck ('95) is not part of the recall, but probably will be in the near
future... I'm off to get it right now. I was concerned that this wouldn't
happen, so I called the Dodge/Chrysler recall service center (1-800-853-1403) and
explained my case.. They called the dealership (while I was on the phone) and
made the dealer take care of it!!! They didn't know who called, but it worked!!
C-ya!
