Don't know about the HD driveline, but the Dakota doesn't have "hubs" in
the traditional 4WD sense. The 4WD hookup is located on the right front
axle housing and is vacuum operated. A splined coupling slips over the
outer piece of the right front axle connectiong the halfshaft to the
differential. You can't forget to lock your hubs that's for sure.
