roller lifters in 1997?

Hi:

Kukukooter said that the Magnum engines are coming with full roller rockers.
Do these engines have roller lifters also?

I think the Mopar Performance Parts cam kit for the Magnum engines comes with
*roller* lifters.

Please enlighten me. :^)
