This is a confusing one, though, if it is staying the same at all rpm's, then
that rules out anything related to the serpentine system, fuel injectors,
valvetrain, crankshaft and piston assy and the torque convertor/pressure
plate,as these would exhibit different rates of noise throughout the rpm
travel, not a constant noise. Maybe an electric fan setup with a twig caught
in the shroud?
