I've had my 97 V8 4x4 since last November. The steering is getting a bit
easier as time goes on ....
about 1500 miles now. I expect it will lighten further as the
steering/suspension wears a bit. Keep in mind, the Dakota is built as a
truck and feels like a truck, not a car. I drove a 78 3/4 ton clubcab
before this.
