Dakota Folks:

I sent a query to Bow-Mel Chrysler in Duncan, British Columbia, regarding
knock detectors on the Magnum
Dakota engines. This is the dealer where I purchased my 1997 Dakota.

Following is my query and their answer. Hope it helps the discussion.
