Inside dim's are as follows:
57 1/4" side to side at front of bed
This dim. extend the full length until the last 4 inches before the
tailgate where the dim. increases to 57 1/2". From the inside front of
the bed to the inside of the tailgate is 77". Hope this helps.
Checkmate has tonneau covers available for the '97's. Soft flush
mount with gas lifts go for $150. Hard flush mounts with gas lifts go
for $330 in a paintable surface or for $40 more you can get a textured
surface in a choice of colors. You can find their ad in Truckin' or
Sport Truck magazines.
