Ahhh yes. Welcome to the wonderful world of Microsoft! :P
This wonderful attachment is produced by Microsoft's e-mail program.
(Microsoft Mail?) It's really annoying, stupid, and seems to serve no
useful purpose. Unless of course, you consider widescale waste of
bandwidth useful. ;) I think it can be turned off in the options
somewhere, and I would encourage anyone using MS mail to turn it off.
(Or even better, get rid of MS mail altogether and use a different e-mail
program! Just about any other e-mail client is bound to be better
anyway. i.e. Eudora, Pegasus, even Pine! etc.)
