You should find the fog lamp switching relay mounted to the inner fender
panel about 6 inches or so from the main electrical fuse box. The wires
coming from it go in three directions. 1) The harness leads out down the
drivers side inner fender eventually under the radiator support to your fog
lamps. 2) Wires go directly to your battery positive connection at the fuse
box. Also, there are two wires that go to a fuse holder that is part of the
harness and will be mounted somewhere (or perhaps just dangling if the
mechanic does sloppy work) 3) One wire (yellow) goes through the fire wall
and connects to the rest of the harness provided in the kit. That, in turn,
is connected to the lamp switch and the High Beam cut off relay that also
dangles under your dash in this kit installation. I got creative with my
installation and eliminated the high-beam cut off circuit, thus eliminating
much of the kit harness and a relay. But that's just my preference. I don't
necessarilly recommend doing it. On a factory installation, both relays are
located under the hood in the main fuse box. The are in the upper right-hand
corner looking at it from the drivers side fender. It's difficult to be more
specific than that unless I took a picture of mine and sent it to you. If you
really need more help, I'd be happy to talk with you on the phone or
whatever.
