Steve, I've got the same (problem?) in my '97. My driver's seatbelt is a
little too happy and it locks up quite a bit, however the left belt only
locks up when it should I.E. slamming on the brakes.
I just figured it did that since its a new truck. Maybe is something more
deep than that?
