I'm have the dreaded intermittent problem. My 94 Dakota runs great when
travelling (most of the time), but when you stop the RPM's drop down big
time and occasionally it dies on me. This morning when I started it, it ran
for about 2 seconds the quit and now it won't start at all, just cranks
away.
Before this latest problem I kept getting error code 12 55. I'm confused at
this as I've never remove the battery connection. I'm beginning to suspect
an electrical problem somewhere. This morning, I can't get any computer
error codes. The Service Engine light does not even come on.
I haven't started troubleshooting it yet. Does anyone have any
recommendations?
