I am not sure how much throttle it takes me to go
100. I do know I completly run out of steam, I'm
sure mostly due to wind resistance, at around 120
or so. Not exactly sure since my meter only goes
to 110.

I do know however that I can go fast enough to
beat a 3rd gen Z28.
Night before last I met one at the last light
before the Mopac expressway, traffic was light so
I thought what the hell. I gave him a blip of my
lovely exhaust, are'nt side dumps the greatest,
anyway, light turns we are both behind a car but
the roadway opens up to 4 lanes I make my move to
the right and floor it. He does the same to the
left and the race is on. I pulled in front and
stayed there for about 3 miles with the Camaro in
hot pursuit the whole time. Now I did'nt leave
him by any means, but the great part is that he
could not pass me and just had to admire my
tailgate. Well he obviously had enough of
schoolin so he nailed the brakes and took a hard
right on an off ramp, poor sport. You know he is
probably not used to that sort of thing. He he
:).

I don't know how fast we were going, because like
I said my meter runs out at 110, but I reached my
maximum speed in 4th. Wind resistance holds you
long before you ever get to the rev limiter.

Another day in the jungle.

Alan...
