Options list (and codes) are identical (except a block heater is not an
option, it's included), I started with the Kelly Blue book (US) pages.
Prices are different .... by the time you convert $US to $Canadian, they're
cheaper here. But lets not get into that one, it's already been bounced
around. I'll give you an example, I just ordered the tow hooks (kit) ...
Canadian $179.95 plus PST/GST. Same thing US, $160 (plus sales tax?).
Check then current exchange rate and do the math, you will find the numbers
interested.
