There is an 800 number at the 4adodge website, but it is only good for
brochures and not much help on anything else. Also from what I have seen,
good luck finding an e-mail address for CC, at least from my experience,
hell they are even stingy with their snail mail addresses.

Try this on for size, it worked for me:

United States Chrysler Customer Center
P.O. Box 21-8004
Auburn Hills, MI 48321-8004

Got a call from a VP at 6:00pm in the evening from this one:

Chrysler Customer Center
P.O. Box 302
Center Line, MI 48015-0302
