Free air speakers are designed to work in the rear deck of a car using
the trunk as the speaker box. There has to be a baffle board to
separate the front wave from the rear. There are many subs now on the
market that can work in box with as little as .5-.66 cubic ft. for
8"-10" speakers. Go to a few reputable stereo shkps and ask them what
will work. I have two 10" 8 ohm Rockford Fosgate subs in a small ported
box and does it rock.
