I know what you mean. I'm currently attending college at the University of
Kentucky. I also work for the University. I live in an apartment about 2
blocks from campus, so I don't have to do any driving to get to school or
work. Therefore, my truck sits most of the week under a big tree that
overhangs the parking area at my apartment. Of course, the birds just love
to aim for it. I also get alot of tree sap falling out of the tree. I know
there is at least one aftermarket company that is making a cover for the
'97s. There was a small section about it in the July Mopar Muscle. I don't
have it here with me, but when I get home I will post the name of the
company and how to contact them. I know that they have the covers available
in 4 different materials to serve different purposes.
>Cool deal. Did you get the two-piece cover? That's what I have and I
>really like it.
Yeah, it's the two-piece. Since I live about 2 hours from home, I do alot
of Interstate driving. After I started making the drive about once a month,
the number of chips on the front of my old car ('89 Thunderbird LX)
increased significantly. I didn't want to let that happen to my Dak.
