I am not that familiar with these mega shifters, what advantage does it give?
Is it a positive type shift to each gear? Is the pattern the same, and front
to back or back to front? Is it a rachet deal I've heard about, just how does
it work? I am assuming it allows positive shifts to each gear (2nd, 3rd) and
prevents miss shifting and hitting reverse?
