Speaking of traction bars, I was looking at putting some on the Dak. There seems to be a lot of wheel hop (bumpy streets here) under moderate acceleration. Does anyone think this will help?

True, I think gears do play a big role at the track. With 3.21's
it is easier to launch without as much spin, more engine bog.
I also use traction bars because of serious wheel hop, probably due
also to the gears. Once you figure out the best launch for your truck
though, the 3.92's will pull you up to your powerband much quicker. The
more practice you get the better your 60ft times will be, which of course
lowers your 1/4 mile times.

other lane as he watches your tailgate pull away. he he :)
