My understanding of this is true. I also talked to other aftermarket
companies and they said if the part is approved (emmission legal) and
specifically designed for your make and model, you are alright. The best
thing is to have a dealer install whatever so it is completely covered (if
you can find a reasonable Chrysler shop). The things about the
filtercharger is just change it back and forth if you want. Otherwise, I
believe that it cannot void your warranty.
The only exception is if the modification "obviously" put to much strain on
the rest of the vehicle. (Racing is not acceptable to warr.) How would
they know if you did not volunteer the information?????
