MOPAR computer and headers

A couple of simple questions:

1. Does anyone know when (if) the new '97, 5.2l Engine controller computer will come out?

2. The Mopar Performance catalog has Dakota headers (P5249682) for the '95 Dakota. Does anyone know if these will fit on the '97, and will they be California smog legal?

3. Can the headers be installed w/o removing too much gear?

4. What is the best performing, and quietest exhaust I can put on my Dakota?
