Ok all you math wizzards out there, I'm having trouble remembering how
to calculate this stuff. I've never been very good at math but I was
thinking to find the area of the above filter you would multiply radius
X pi X 3" (filter hight). The radius would be half of 9.625 or 4.8125
so 4.8125 X 3.1415927 = 15.1189 X 3 = 45.357 square inches. Is this how
you calculate it or am I way off on this? I haven't had a math course in
5 years, guess it's starting show.....
