I have the 136 amp alt, towing package, etc. etc... It's the
nature of the beast. The flasher will flash very quickly when
towing anything (that's hooked up to your trailer lights), and
works best with the HD flasher... And the flasher goes
Ca-klink-Ca-klink-Ca-klink-Ca-klink-Ca-klink...too... :P
