My '92 3.9 never used more than a pint of oil between oil changes, every
3000 mi, until earlier this year. Since the first of the year it's
started to use a qt of oil (Castrol GTX 10W-30) every 2000 miles or a bit
less. Just changed the oil and it doesn't seem to be leaking anywhere
badly (a little from the rear seal it looks like but no drips).
Valve seals maybe?
