I confess I haven't checked into the price of the finned tubes.
I would expect they're cheaper than a regular cooler of the
same thermal exchange, though.
It occurred to me that there's not a whole lot of extra room
where those hoses are run (inside the frame rail) on a 4x4. It's
already a royal _itch to change the starter. Sharp-edged cooling
fins might not be the neatest thing to have in your way!
Trans-Go reportedly has an overhaul kit for the A518 that routes
a lot more fluid to the OD unit. Heard about it? Good or Bad?
