I had a set of them installed on my Ranger before I got the Dakota. I primed and painted them myself and thought they looked very good. I've been going back and forth about getting them for my Dakota, but I'm not sure how they would look with my chrome grill. Also, I'd like to see how they handle the hood latch. The inserts on the Ranger were removeable without tools, but it wasn't a real quick or easy thing to do. I assume it would be similar on the Dakota, but it would be a big pain to have to pull one out every time I needed to open the hood.
