try to reset throttle blade position with screw on L viewed from front.
if plug there remove. then tweak it in until idle just picks up 25-50
rpm. this bypasses the air idle speed motor's circuit and may give you
some new info. also this will raise the voltage off the tpi switch and
may further excite the injectors to modify the a/f ratio some for given
rpm. this will be the only way to manually adj idle. you could try the
reverse as well.

i personally believe that two small bleed holes in each blade will
improve idle quality, but have never done it. sorta like a holly carb.
the best idle quality for the magnum engine d or r will be with the
lowest ais step position and the most tpi switch voltage... map not
suffering (a given)
