A good portion of your gas mileage has to do with your truck being
so new. After a little while, the gas mileage will improve, even if
you didn't change the truck or your driving habits. The truck just has
to break in a bit. I've got a '96 318 with 235/70s and I get about 15-17.
Unlike most folks though, I don't "get on it" once in a while, I'm
usually "gettin' on it" all the time. :-) I suspect quite a few folks
on this list are similar. :-) If I was really careful I bet I could
get 20mpg, but I don't have that kind of self control. :-) (My Dad
drove it once for a tankful and got about 19mpg, but who wants to drive
like that?? I've gotta hear that rumble; snap my head back; come out of
the corners in the peak part of the powerband!!) Arrh, arrh arrh! :-)

Sorry. :-) Bottom line: your gas mileage will improve.

Speaking of gas, whats with the prices in western NY? Is this a
national thing, or are they just soaking us up here? I just put $30
in my tank today!!! :-(
