One drawback to Jay's solution is that the bank will want a federal ID
number for DML (IRS requirement; somebody's getting money and they want
part of it). It's best to just have the checks made out to you and you
spend it on the DML as necessary. Anybody who can do the job on the DML
like you hae done is worhty of our trust. I wouldn't go to the expense
and hassle of a separate account.
