Thanks for your reply. The way I figure it, if you tell it like it is and
let the chips fall where they may, the good guys come out ahead in the end.
When it's all said and done, my local dealer, Shelby Motors, will probably
wish they had treated me as a customer instead of a "victim". I am now an
ex-customer of their dealership and I have always believed in "word-of-mouth"
promotion. Now it doesn't matter if they stand, kneel or roll over and play
dead; I'm taking my business elsewhere.
