Viper vs Acura vs Porsche 911 Turbo S

Guys,

I have the July 97 C&D, and they 'RATED' the NSX higher than the Viper,
simply due to features like comfort, drivability etc. It had nothing to do
with performance, the ratings for the Acura were based upon ergonomics,
transmission feel, suitability to being a 'daily driver' etc. The Viper
set the high-water mark for 1/4 mile times in a production vehicle, @12.2
ET with a trap speed of 118 MPH. The 911 Turbo S also ran 12.2, but trap
speed was 114 MPH. The NSX ran 13.4, and trap speed of 106 MPH. The NSX
did have better braking, and mileage specs than the Viper, but that's about
it.

Now, just so I'm not too far off topic, rather than worrying about daily
driver capability, I'd rather have the Viper, and use my 97 Dakota as a
daily driver. Especially in Calgary, since a 4x4 comes in rather handy 6
months of the year.
