The grey wire goes to the coil driver on the engine controller, which
functions as the negative. It controls the flow of electricity in and
out of the coil. The green and orange wire is the B+ (or positive)
wire. I had this same problem when I installed my MSD ignition.
Luckily, I just happened to have a service manual. As far as an
adapter, I don't know if one is available. I had to just cut my plug
off and splice into the wiring. No big deal!
