bought my truck in July and already the wipers started streaking. Be
careful when ordering, they sent me 18 in. blades, which would have been
alright for a pre-97, I ordered mine through Cabela's and when
the 18 in. blades arrived I called their customer service dept. they
advised me they would look into it and several days later they called to
tell that they would be replacing the 18 in. blades with the proper
20 in. blades. the fellow I talked to said the co. (C.D.I.) warned him
that using the twenty in. blades I would damage the mechanism and burn
the wiper motor up, I wonder if CC knows this. Anyhow The right ones
are on now and it supposed to be nasty weekend, so I'll be able wring
them out.
