1997 DAK SLT+ CC 2wd 318 3.90
I solved my problem late yesturday, And Put faith back both in the truck
and myself.
After replacing drums, rotors, pads (2-3X) Replaced rear adjusters,
proportioning valve, I took it to another dealer and asked advice, Then
took it to a brake shop and had the rear drums and front rotors turned
(at $80.00 my pocket) The truck finally after going 28,000 miles is
smooth as ever during braking. It is against shop policy at first
dealer to turn a new rotor or drum, replace, replace.
So I would like to thank all DML members for their support and advise on
this matter.
Also I run with windows NT and I can't find how to unformatt messages.
Thanks again
Robert A (happy again) Miller
