No offense to Canadians but this story is preposterous ( I do believe its
true though ). You're telling me that your govenment has mandated by law
that you buy insurance from them!? You should be thinking more in terms of
a revolution that blaming speeding kids
(of which I'm not one of) for high insurance rates
