Mine is an old '87 4x4. I have AC and I stood on my head for a few days
under the dash and pretty much isolated where it was coming from; it was
the AC box. It looked like the most awful job so I bought some dum dum
and I think I slowed it down. Me, I'm physically too old and too big to
do under the dash work, but if your skinny and can lay for hours ina
contorted positions, I'd look into the bowels of your dash and firewall
area. If there is a hell, the worst job would be changing heater cores
throughout eternity. Let us know what you find out.
