Subject: Lemon law

JODY: Doesn't matter if your state has a lemon law or not. There's an
800 # in your owners manual for arbitration (?). If you think the
vehicle is a lemon and will always give problems, call the # and try
your hand at getting CC to replace the vehicle.

>>Is there a lemon law in your state? If there is, you might see if you
can get
the truck replaced.<<

Have all your repair tickets at hand when you call. My son-in -law
bought one of the new C bodies in '88. CC put 3 transmissions in it in
a year (6000 miles) He was afraid to go anywhere in it for fear of
breakdown. (He had small children) CC gave him a new minivan of his
choice ( a '90 model) to satisfy his complaint.

Point is: Don't be bashful - have your facts together. You might be
lucky.
