Lifting and modifying '88 daks

I have an '88 lb dakota 4X4 3.9. I am interested in lifting it but can only
find the 1200 lift kit. Does anyone know of any other ways i could lift it
a couple inches for wheelin and bigger tires? Also, I am interested in
putting headers on it, what companies make headers for the 88 3.9's or
powerchips for the 88s.
